Content Specification Development: Create content specifications (blueprint) to guide item development, test assembly, scoring, reporting, and interpretation. Module 4:
Item Development: Identify suitable item formats, develop items, and obtain face validity evidence. Module 5:
Test Design and Assembly, Test Production: Design test format, scoring rules, scaling, and equating, and create the final test form. Module 6:
Pre-testing and Data Collection for Test Standardization: Pre-test the test form, standardize test administration, and collect normative data. Module 7+8:
Item and Test Analysis (CTT and IRT): Conduct item and test analysis using Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT) to ensure reliability. Module 9+10:
